Based on the performance of the bargaining units through 30 Sep 2018, the amount authorized for this year's bonus is as follows. The amount of the award will not exceed $750 per person.  The actual performance to the established metrics is $689.97, and an additional $60.03 was approved based on continued performance improvements.  The actual amount awarded per bargaining unit individual will be based on the criteria defined in the respective bargaining unit agreements, as well as the guidance for the Annual Group Award.  The payout is expected to be awarded to eligible employees not later than the pay period ending 24 Nov 2018.
